A: No, we do not hold properties. You would need to apply, be approved, sign the lease, and pay the security deposit in order for a property to be taken off the market -
Q: Is the deposit refundable?
A: The security deposit is refundable as long as there is no damage or violations of lease terms that would necessitate not refunding some or all of the security deposit. -
Q: You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
A: Applications are done right on our website. Find the available property and click Apply Now. -
Q: How do I pay rent?
A: You can login to your personal tenant portal and pay rent right online. -
Q: I want to get a pet. What do I do?
A: Please contact your dedicated property manager and we will review it on a case by case basis. -
Q: My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
A: 60 days prior to the lease expiration date, your dedicated property manager will contact you to discuss lease renewal options and move out procedures.
